Monaz has over 23 years of experience in the Client Service field having led teams in multiple financial institutions. She has a thorough knowledge of every aspect of client servicing with a sharp focus on data & transactional quality. She has played pivotal roles in developing policies and procedures for the resolution of entire range of client-related issues, be it transactional issues or complexities arising out of various intricate holding patterns of large families and corporate.
Before joining Cervin Family Office she worked in managing the Customer Service team at Ace Lansdowne, Motilal Oswal Wealth Management, and Asset Management companies like Indiabulls AMC, BNP Paribas AMC, Quantum AMC and ICICI Prudential AMC.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mumbai University with major in Psychology and Sociology.
