He has worked through the full life cycle of consumer banking including customer service, training, process & policy governance, fraud operations, process audits, redefining customer journeys, digital app development & governance.
He has led client facing digital initiatives including being part of the core team for building digital DIY investment eco system for mass affluent client segment to augment client acquisitions and deepening.
His last employment was with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Prior to that he was with ABN Amro Bank & Bank of America.
Manish is an MBA with specialization in finance. He also has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Delhi University.
